These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the toto20 platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus participation, wagering, and all related services provided to Malaysian players and other eligible users worldwide. Please read this document carefully before registering or making a deposit.
A non-binding overview of the most important terms. The full binding agreement follows below.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use toto20. Account holders found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts closed and any funds returned after verification, with all bonus amounts forfeited.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other approved methods. Minimum deposit is RM30. Withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC).
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and minimum deposit thresholds that are published at the point of offer. Bonus funds are credited only after the applicable minimum deposit has been received.
Each individual may hold only one active toto20 account. Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be closed, with balances confiscated after a formal review. Shared household accounts must be declared to customer support.
toto20 supports responsible gambling. Deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all members. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.
It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. toto20 does not provide legal advice regarding the gambling laws of Malaysia or any other territory. Players access the platform at their own legal risk.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "Member", or "You") and toto20 (hereinafter "toto20", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the website accessible at https://toto20.casa and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, sub-domains, and service endpoints.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting customer support.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of a discrepancy between any translated version and this English version, the English version shall prevail.
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

| "Bonus Balance" | Promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to Wagering Requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a Player must wager before a Bonus Balance converts to Real Money Balance. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers). |

| "MYR" / "RM" | Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency of the Platform for Malaysian players. |

To register and maintain an account on toto20, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during your use of the Platform:
To create an account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate personal details. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all provided information is truthful and that you satisfy all eligibility criteria in Section 3.
toto20 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC may be triggered at any of the following points:
Acceptable identity documents include a Malaysian MyKad (national identity card), a valid international passport, or a government-issued driver's licence with photograph. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. toto20 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity conducted through your account prior to a notified compromise is your responsibility. Notify customer support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access.
An account is deemed inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. After ninety (90) days' prior written notice to the registered email address, toto20 may apply a monthly administrative fee of RM10 to inactive accounts with a positive balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Players may reactivate archived accounts by contacting customer support and completing re-verification.
toto20 currently accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and approved cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT.
The standard minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. The standard maximum deposit is RM30,000 per transaction for bank transfers and FPX, and RM10,000 per transaction for e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of RM50 and a maximum equivalent of RM100,000 per transaction. These limits may be adjusted at the Platform's discretion and may differ for specific promotional periods.
Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow are credited instantly in the majority of cases. FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations, typically within 30–60 minutes.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of the account pending investigation. toto20 accepts no liability for losses arising from third-party payment methods.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a fully verified account (KYC completed). Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable Wagering Requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Real Money Balance available in the account.
toto20 targets a processing time of 30 minutes for standard verified accounts during operational hours (9:00 AM – 2:00 AM MYT). VIP Gold tier members and above benefit from a dedicated fast-withdrawal lane with a target processing time of 15 minutes or less. Processing times are targets only and may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or additional compliance review.
Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50. The maximum single withdrawal is RM30,000 for standard members and up to the negotiated limit for VIP Black Diamond members.
toto20 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) fraud, money laundering, or collusion is suspected; (c) the Wagering Requirements on bonus funds have not been fulfilled; or (d) the account is under investigation for any breach of these Terms.
All bonuses and promotions offered by toto20 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they are transferred to the Real Money Balance. The Wagering Requirement multiplier varies by promotion — for example, a standard 100% welcome bonus may carry a 20x wagering requirement, meaning a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting markets contribute at rates specified per promotion.
Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the promotional validity period will expire automatically. Once activated, bonuses must have their Wagering Requirements fulfilled within the specified validity window. Unfulfilled wagering balances expire at the end of the validity period without conversion.
toto20 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinating wagering with other accounts to minimise risk at the expense of the Platform; and misrepresenting identity or payment method ownership to claim promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, toto20 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the account.
All sports betting markets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Bundesliga), UFC, tennis, and e-sports — are subject to the specific market rules published for each sport and competition type. In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that market. toto20's trading decisions regarding market settlement are final.
All casino games — including live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo, and slot machines — are governed by their individual game rules. RTP (Return to Player) figures quoted for slot games are theoretical long-term averages derived from independent testing and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
Winnings generated from Bonus Balance wagers are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Where no specific cap is stated, a default maximum win cap of RM10,000 from bonus-derived wagers applies. Real Money Balance wagers are not subject to a default win cap, though game-specific limits may apply.
toto20 reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds or game outcomes caused by technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance without interest.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toto20 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
toto20 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe environment for all players. The Platform makes the following responsible gambling tools available to all registered members at no charge and without requiring justification:

You may close your account at any time by contacting toto20 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must either be completed or the bonus balance forfeited. toto20 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) a KYC or AML review is ongoing; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; (d) fraudulent or collusive activity is detected; or (e) in compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.
Upon termination for breach of these Terms, toto20 reserves the right to withhold any balance that is reasonably attributable to the prohibited conduct. Funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation, which may take up to 90 days.
toto20 operates an internal complaints resolution process. If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform's services, you should follow the steps below:
All disputes regarding the outcome of a specific game round or bet must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted for review.
toto20 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice where such changes are required by law, regulation, or licence condition. For material changes that are not legally mandated, toto20 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the registered address.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible at toto20.casa/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto20 holds its operating licence. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints process set out in Section 14.
Nothing in this clause shall limit toto20's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
